EMDR & ART Intensives

For those seeking a deeper, more focused approach to healing, I also offer EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) and ART (Accelerated Resolution Therapy) intensives. These specialized sessions are designed to help process trauma, anxiety, and other emotional challenges more efficiently.

  • Session Duration: Starting at 2 hours
  • Cost: Dependent on your insurance provider
